Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro
We want to get to know you! Attend one of our 1-on-1 Free Intro sessions where you’ll be able to get a tour of our facility, but more importantly we’ll be able to learn more about you and your fitness goals. We believe in partnering with our members to help them meet their goals, and not just providing a place to workout.
Step #2 – Foundations Classes
We want to make sure you are properly trained on the movements you’ll encounter in CrossFit. It also gives us the opportunity to address any movement or mobility issues or injuries that you may have before you jump into regular classes.
If you’re wanting to see results and achieve your goals, our foundations classes will help make sure that you start your journey fully prepared and set up for success.
Step #3 – Select a Membership
We want to encourage ALL of our members to come as frequently as desired in order to meet their goals. Therefore, all of our membership options include unlimited classes.
