3 Minute Rest

12 min AMRAP:

500m bike erg, 250 row, 250 ski or 18/16 cal AB

15 Push Ups

15 Box Jumps (24/20″)

*One person starts on each movement. Rotate on the machine or the run. One person running or biking at a time! You have the rest of the time your other partners are biking to get the rest of the work done until you’re up again.
